Jefferson County – Increase in Year over Year Sales for May 2011

The stats are out and the news is good. Jefferson County May 2011 sales compared to May 2010 increased by 25%. Though the average sales price decreased by 13%, indications are that we may finally be at the bottom of the market. Predicters say the higher end homes will soon be at the bottom of the market also. So if you are still wondering if now is the time to move forward and buy, let’s talk!
